How to use the App:

1. Register to create an account by creating username, email address, mobile number and
password. You will receive verification code on your mobile or email.
2. Choose a method to place your order: recording a voice note, or writing a note, enhance
and clarify your request by a photo of the item you ordered if needed or choosing from a
ready-made list of product categories.
3. Add your items to the basket.
4. Choose an estimate value your orders total price/value.
5. Enter your address or choose one from the history addresses.
6. The app will connect you to the nearest Mongez worker within 2 minutes.
7. The worker will pick up your request and deliver them to you.
8. Pay upon delivery against receipt unless the item you ordered is known to be un-
receipted (example: something from Koshk).
9- In case the 2 minutes are timed out and no mongez available, please re-order or call
customer support.
